Color: Dark red-blue-violet, good depth.
Nose: Distinct of blaccurrant and plum, balsamic oils, a lot of minerals, some reductiv aromas like boiled egg. Peppery and herby.
Palate: Full bodied, concentrated mature berry fruit, fine medium pluss tannins, good balancing acidity, long fresh finish with a lot of stone minerals.
Foodmatch: Powerful game dishes.
Cellaring: 0- 5 years.
Very good wine
