Nose: Powerful of black cherries and ripe plum, cuban cigar from Romeo & Juliet with dark honey aromas, coffee, oak, minerals, almonds, spices.
Palate: Full bodied, rich ripe fruit, distinct but fine tannins, good balancing acidity, long finish. Nicely oaked.
Foodmatch: Red meat, lamb, game, red fungus cheese. Grill.
Cellaring: 0-10 years.
Very nice wine, bought in Sweden today.
