Color: Light yellow with green, good intensity.
Nose: Quite open, young fruit of lime and lemon, apple, some butter and flowers, some oak.
Palate: Medium bodied, rich silky, good consentration, very good balance and acidity, everything including the oak well integrated, long delicate finish.
Foodmatch: Allround seafood.
Cellaring: 0-5 years.
Better than the 2000 I think because now the oak is better balanced. Very good value.
