Color: Straw yellow, good intensity.
Nose: Minerals, butter, some maltyness, toast, humus and warm spices. mature apples and nice noble oak.
Palate: Full bodied, silky and oily, good consentration, nice fresh fruit through all the curve, complex, very long finish, very nicely oaked.
Foodmatch: Fried, grilled fish, white meats, cheese.
Cellaring: 0- 5 years.
Super wine from Lamy. I have had my share of overoaked Saint-Aubin`s, but this is perfectly oaked.
